At the start of this new year, we would like to extend our sincerest wishes to all those who make our projects move forward on a daily basis: shareholders, teams, partners, communes, ministries, design offices and residents. Your high standards and your trust are the driving force behind our actions.
2025, a year of landmarks
2025 was a busy, sometimes demanding, but a deeply structuring year. It also had a special significance : AGORA celebrated its 25th anniversary. This anniversary does not mark a culmination, but rather a reminder of our conviction that urban transformation is built over time, in stages, with rigor and constancy.
Belval, a milestone
At Belval Sud, we have
consolidated a clear trajectory, both ambitious and realistic, at the service
of a complete living district.
A major milestone was reached in December 2025 with the filing of the MOPO
PAP. This is an essential step, because it secures the framework and gives
legibility to what’s to come.
2026 will be
the year in which this momentum will also translate into concrete opportunities: we
will launch land marketing, with a highlight at MIPIM
2026.
In Cannes, we will be available to meet with interested parties,
to present the latest Belval district, the process, the programming, the
timetable and how to access the land. Come and talk to us and

Metzeschmelz, new stage
On Metzeschmelz, the project is also entering a new phase. Work on demolition is well underway, while housing and urban planning studies continue. Our priority is to move forward with a solid base: a coherent vision, workable choices, and a controlled phasing.
