How about offering your employees affordable housing in the heart of Belval?

Belval is about to write a new chapter with Belvie, a neighborhood where quality of life, diversity and sustainable mobility meet. In this context, AGORA, in close collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning, is inviting Luxembourg employers – particularly those in the southern region – to participate in the development of affordable housing for their employees.

Thanks to a call for expressions of interest for Lot 15, affordable rental housing will be developed under a VEFA (vente en l’état futur d’achèvement) scheme in the heart of a green, “post-car” district, where parking is shared in Mobility Hubs and public space is designed for pedestrians, cyclists and neighborhood life.
Belvie also boasts excellent accessibility, with the Belval-Université train station nearby, the future streetcar to Luxembourg-City and a well-developed cycling network, as well as a full range of services and facilities (shops, schools, nurseries, university, Rockhal, health services) within walking distance.

For employers, this represents a concrete opportunity to enhance their attractiveness and support their HR policies by offering their employees affordable, quality housing close to their place of work.
Within the framework defined by the amended law of August 7, 2023 on affordable housing, companies can get involved as social developers and/or social landlords, with the support of the State and the guidance of AGORA and the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning.

To present the project in detail, an information conference will be held on July 7, 2026 at AGORA, in the presence of the French Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning.
This session will be accessible both in person and online in the form of a webinar, to enable as many interested employers as possible to take part, ask questions and better understand how to participate in the call for expressions of interest.

Expressions of interest can then be submitted until September 15, 2026, before the official announcement of successful candidates on October 9, 2026 during National Housing Week.
