Call for Projects: Housing Cooperatives in Belval Sud
AGORA is launching a unique call for projects to encourage the creation of housing cooperatives in Belval Sud. This initiative aims to allow groups of future residents to organize themselves as a cooperative to design and manage accessible, sustainable housing tailored to their needs.
For the first time in Luxembourg, a plot of land will be allocated exclusively to housing cooperatives. The goal is to promote solidarity, civic engagement, and the creation of vibrant neighborhoods, while offering affordable rents in the long term.
Interested groups, whether already established as a cooperative or in the process of being formed, can submit their applications. AGORA will support selected candidates with administrative and legal procedures and will provide land in Belval Sud under a long-term lease.
