Following the informational session held on July 7, the call for expressions of interest regarding the affordable housing project for employees is now available.
The project concerns Lot 15 of the new Belvie neighborhood in Belval and is part of the neighborhood’s development efforts, with the goal of meeting the growing demand for housing tailored to the needs of workers.
Interested companies or consortia may now download the complete call for expressions of interest. The letter of intent must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026, in accordance with the terms specified in the document.
The dossier outlines, among other things, the characteristics of the project and Lot 15, the legal framework applicable to employee housing, the off-plan sales (VEFA) structure currently being considered, the terms of participation, the indicative criteria for evaluating applications, and the projected timeline for the project.
This is a working document and is not legally binding. Since the “Belval Sud I and II” Urban Development Plan (PAP), which is currently under review, may still be subject to change, certain project details are subject to adjustment.
Interested parties are invited to review the proposal and express their interest within the specified timeframe. Bilateral discussions may also be arranged to further explore the requirements and terms of participation.
