Frank Vansteenkiste is taking over from Etienne Reuter
At its General Meeting on 28 April 2017, the shareholders of the development company Agora appointed Frank Vansteenkiste as the new Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
The 37-year-old geographer is taking over from Etienne Reuter, who served the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors since the creation of the company in 2000 until moving on to become Director of the Inspectorate General of Finance (IGF) in January of this year.
Frank Vansteenkiste is the general coordinator for regional planning in the Ministry of Sustainability and Infrastructures. After studying geography at Innsbruck and Aix en Provence, Frank Vansteenkiste spent 5 years working in a private engineering office before moving to the Civil Service in 2011, where he made a name for himself with his development of various mobility concepts and traffic issues.
The shareholders confirmed the appointment of Gilles Feider, General Manager Real Estate at ArcelorMittal, as Vice-President of the Agora Board of Directors. In addition, Etienne Reuter was appointed as Honorary Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.
