Agora, Atenor and AHRS Group are launching an architectural competition to award a contract for the design and execution supervision of the Lot 48 development project in Belval (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
The project envisages the development of 7,650 m² of office space plus retail space on the ground floor. It is expected to meet the highest environmental and comfort standards in order to obtain BREEAM and WELL certifications and comply with EU taxonomy.
The consultation process is open to architectural firms and consortia.
The procedure will comprise two phases. In the first phase, which will be completed in early April 2023, three candidates will be selected on the basis of references and a vision statement. The selected candidates will be invited to submit a bid in the second phase. The second phase will end with the announcement of the winner, which is scheduled for July 2023. The deadline for submission of applications is 12 noon on 27 March 2023.
